Carpet & Upholstery cleaning – using the truck mounted steam cleaning method. Care is taken to be sure that your carpet & furniture are professionally cleaned according to their unique fiber content.

Area rug & Oriental rug cleaning – often done by hand in our shop. Complementary pick-up & delivery! 

Leather cleaning & re-conditioning – done on site or in our shop, depending on circumstances.

Tile Floor cleaning – Our hard surface cleaning tool runs off of the truck mount and provides superior steam cleaning. Clients really love this service – it saves them a lot of back breaking work! 

Mattress Cleaning - you've heard of those nasty little creatures called dust mites. Hot water kills them! Our truck mounted mattress steam cleaning will help make your bedrooms healthier!

How Do We Clean? 

After our technicians walk through your home with you, addressing your specific needs and concerns, they present a written estimate of our services. Upon your approval, we will attend to your concerns first, pre-treating your spots and spills. Then, we precondition the carpet; move most furniture; clean the carpets wall-to-wall, replace the furniture back on pads; and groom the carpets for effective and speedy drying. It is a complete service - no hidden charges. The only additional charges are for protectant. For heavy traffic areas and rooms where you eat, where you sit, we recommend Scotchgard™.

Commercial Cleaning and Property Management

ACE Carpet & Upholstery Care will work with you to maintain your business carpets and furniture. For the past several years we have built a strong clientele in the business community, in particular at professional offices, retail storefronts, banks, event facilities and restaurants.

We will meet with you at your site and review the facilities and your needs. This may include a detailed cleaning on a periodic basis and a maintenance cleaning of traffic areas on a more regular basis. We recognize that you are interested in maintaining the appearance of the carpet and improving the health of the workplace.

We will schedule our work to be done at your convenience — off-hours, evenings or weekends. We respect the security of your property and take careful steps to assure that it is left secure. We carry liability insurance and workers compensation insurance. When we enter your building during off-hours, you can be assured that we will take responsibility for our actions, and not leave you liable for them. We have a history of integrity and honor that we value and work hard to maintain with our clientele. We would be happy to forward copies of our insurance for your review upon receipt of a contract.
